User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

Terms for Customers

As a customer using Pros We Love:

• You may browse and search for service professionals
• You may create and share lists of professionals
• You may contact professionals through our platform
• You may leave honest reviews for professionals you have worked with
• You agree not to post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• You understand that we do not employ the professionals and are not liable for their services

Terms for Professionals

As a professional service provider:

• You must provide accurate business information and credentials
• You are responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses and insurance
• You agree to pay the lead fee for each customer contact received ($6 per lead)
• Leads are exclusive and will not be shared with competing professionals
• You must maintain a minimum rating of 2.5 stars to remain active
• You agree to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Pros We Love

Subscription & Payment Terms

For professionals using our paid services:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Lead fees are charged per contact received from customers
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Reviews & Ratings

Our review system is designed to provide authentic feedback:

• Only customers who have contacted a professional can leave reviews
• Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on actual experience
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• Professionals may not offer incentives for positive reviews
• Professionals with ratings below 2.5 stars may be suspended

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting spam or unsolicited communications
• Using automated systems to access the site (bots, scrapers)
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Posting false or misleading information

Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pros We Love and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
